i’m moving out of my room and looking for someone to take over my tenancy. ideally looking for a girl, as you’d be living with two female housemates.

the room itself is a really good size and feels bright and airy thanks to the large windows. there’s plenty of space for a bed, desk/vanity and storage without it feeling cramped, so it works well whether you’re mostly out or working from home part of the week. having your own en-suite also makes a big difference — it’s spacious, has a proper shower cubicle, a window for natural light/ventilation, and built-in vanity/medicine cabinet, so you’ve got your own private bathroom space.

🏡 the flat is a well-kept 3 bed and fully furnished, with a comfortable shared living/kitchen space that’s great for cooking, catching up or just relaxing. it’s a really easy flat to live in — clean, homely and with a good balance of social and personal space. the room comes furnished, and i’m happy to leave the mirror if you’d like it.

👯‍♀️ you’d be living with Annie (26) and Alice (23), both young professionals working in central london. all friends and enjoy hanging outside of the flat but equally enjoy chilled evenings in together — cooking, watching reality tv, and catching up. they’re looking for someone on a similar wavelength who wants a clean, friendly and relaxed home where everyone is respectful of each other’s space and gets on well.

📍 golders green (nw11) — very well connected via the northern line and multiple bus routes, with easy access into central london. close to hampstead heath for green space, and not far from camden. lots of great cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms nearby.

💸 £970 pcm + bills (usually around £100 - 120)

* Current tenancy officially runs until 12th Oct 2026, with the chance to extend for another 12 months. This would be a tenancy transfer with current housemates.

* You must be in full time employment and be able to provide a reference.
