Flat: Bright top-floor maisonette with a cozy kitchen, spacious living room, and separate bathroom/toilet.

Rent & Bills: £420/month + approx. £115/month for bills. Deposit: £375. A work reference and passport copy will be required. Rent comes out on the 5th of every month

ABOUT US
We’re three sociable flatmates (2 girls, 1 guy) and a friendly cat with a personality. The flat is quiet and chilled, so not a party house, but we enjoy occasional pub quizzes, Netflix nights, and good chats.

We’re looking for someone who's easy-going, sociable, generally a quiet person, LGBT+ friendly and okay with cats (and not allergic). We would also like you to be tidy and someone who doesn’t mind chipping in with the cleaning (someone has to do it!)
