Room and Flat
Room: Small, south-facing with a bright bay window and white walls. It comes with a king-size bed (we’re happy to help you swap for a smaller one to create more space), a wall-mounted clothing rail, and room for a small desk or shelves. There’s also plenty of space for storage under the bed.
Flat: Bright top-floor maisonette with a cozy kitchen, spacious living room, and separate bathroom/toilet.

Rent & Bills: £420/month + approx. £115/month for bills (Wi-Fi, water, gas/electricity, council tax Band D).
Deposit: £375. A work reference and passport copy will be required. Rent is due on the 5th of each month.

15 mins walk to Golders Green Tube (Northern Line) or 5 mins by bus.
24-hour buses and a National Express stop nearby.
Close to shops (M&S, Waitrose, and more) and restaurants.
Great connections to Camden Town, Euston, and Hampstead.

About Us
We’re three sociable flatmates (2 girls, 1 guy) and a friendly cat with a lot of personality. The flat is quiet and chilled, not a party house, but we enjoy occasional pub quizzes, Netflix nights, and good chats.
We’re looking for someone who is easy-going, sociable, clean, generally quiet, LGBT+ friendly, and okay with cats (and not allergic). Ideally, you’ll be tidy and happy to help with cleaning (we all share the chores!).
