We're looking for someone to take over a lovely double room in a big flat in the Shepherd’s Bush/Hammersmith/Chiswick area. Guys and girls welcome, aged between 25-32 years old.

Rent is £880 per month and includes all bills (council tax, gas/electric, water, TV/Internet and a weekly cleaner)

About the Room

- Shared large bathroom (with 2 other people)

The flat is fully furnished with a kitchen and large separate living room. On-street parking permit is available.

About the housemates.
The housemates are a Kiwi couple – Molly (28) and Alan (30) and an English girl Daisy (25). One other housemate is also being sought. Molly works in sport, Alan works in IT and Daisy is a graphic designer. We enjoy fitness, pubs, watching TV, travelling, gigs and festivals, quizzes/games and just generally hanging out.

Flat is really well connected to rest of London with Central, District, Circle, H&C, Piccadilly and Overground tube lines all within walking distances. Buses outside go to Piccadilly Circus, Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and beyond. We're a short walk from Westfield and Hammersmith and have multiple supermarkets, post office and pubs within a few blocks. 2 min walk to Ravenscourt Park.
