Large room with a double bed in a luxury Askew Village House a gentle stroll from Goldhawk Road and Shepherds Bush underground. The house has been completely refurbished (finished March 2024) but still remains true to its Victorian heritage complete with original cornicing, high ceilings, etc. This house is a 5 minute walk from Ravenscourt Park. 10 minutes to Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush and Ravenscourt Park Stations, affording easy access to the West End, City as well as Heathrow. There are plenty of coffee shops on nearby Askew Road, and supermarkets (Tesco, Co-Op, Sainsbury's and Waitrose & M&S at Westfield), and great pubs just moments away.

The spacious double room available with double bed, wardrobe/ hanging rails, beside tables, desk, sofa and tv. The room is light and airy and has a private bathroom. (Note: it is technically not en-suite but the bathroom is solely used by the tenant of this double room)The bathroom has been newly fitted and has a shower and underfloor heating. The large bedroom also has a soft seating area for relaxing. In the living area, you have access to a flat-screen Full HD TV including netflix.

The kitchen has also been newly fitted and is equipped with modern appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, instant boiling water tap. The kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, etc. There is a utility room with washing machine.

The price includes bills. which include Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, and a cleaner once a fortnight.

Strictly no smoking in the house but you can smoke outside. There is full CCTV and a ring doorbell to ensure the property is super secure.

You'll be sharing with me and my partner and one other lodger. We occupy 3 of the bedrooms so only 2 are being let out. There are 3 bathrooms in the house so everyone has their own as well as a downstairs loo) I'm a professional and in my spare time I like to play tennis, run and walk my dog. You'll also be sharing the house with my Border Terrier Jack Russel Cross Dog, called Rapha.(Picture included). He is two years old so is a bit puppy like but loves to curl up on the sofa and watch TV and tends to follow me everywhere round the house. He is crate trained so on the rare occasion I am out and he doesn't come with me he will just sleep in his crate.

Residents parking is possible via the council but not included in the price.

If a couple would like to rent the room there is a £150 increase in rent to cover the extra bills and wear and tear.
