The building has a concierge, on site car park and disabled access, and is less than a minute to the nearest tube and bus stations (Stamford Brook, district line), 5 minute walk to Ravenscourt park and a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith or Chiswick High Street.
The subletter will be sharing with two fantastic women, both young professionals.
