We are looking for a clean, tidy, friendly, and respectful flatmate to take the spare room in our bright and cosy 3 bed flat.
Perfect for a working professional/shift worker who wants a quiet, comfortable home with easy access to everything.

The Room
Small double with large wardrobes and amble storage space, shelving unit on wall and large window front facing, with blackout blinds. Room is on mezzanine floor.

The Flat
3 story flat spilt over 3 levels, quirky layout. Full bathroom and separate WC. Large separate kitchen and living room on different floors. The flat has high ceilings and is bright and airy. The is a separate private courtyard on the entrance level. The entrance to the flat is via a gated entrance with key fob for added security.

Current Flatmates
2 guys, working professionals, working in the emergency services. We both work shifts including days and nights. When we actually manage to get the same day off , we chill out with a beer or a takeaway evening.

Location
Goldhawk Road. 1 minute walk to Goldhawk Road station, 7 mins walk to Shepherd’s Bush station, central London in 20 mins door to door. 5 mins walk to Westfield London.

Prospective tenant
We need a clean and tidy flatmate to join us. Due to the nature of our jobs, this is *not* a party household, neither would it suit someone WFH. Anyone looking for a peaceful oasis in the heart of W12.. this could be for you. Ideal for shift worker, NHS, Cabin crew as close to Heathrow, etc.

£766 p/m.
Bills are roughly £150 each p/m.

We get a cleaner once a month who we pay extra for , however this is adhoc and can be more or less frequent, depending on our needs.
