Stylish private room in a Victorian 'Villa' style building in the heart of Goodmayes. It is ideally located next to Goodmayes station on the Elizabeth Line, minutes from the main market street and a lovely Edwardian-era park. We're three stops away from Liverpool Street and about a thirty-minute train journey to Canary Wharf, Oxford Circus and Central London in general.

This room is located on the second floor of the property. There is only one more room on the same floor as well as the bathroom, which you will be sharing with a maximum of one other guest. You will be sharing the kitchen with 1-4 other guests (depending on the period of your booking). Monthly room cleaning included, as well as all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence, broadband).
