Double room in beautiful flat | Kentish Town

Hey! We’ve got a double room available in our lovely flat in NW5. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from Gospel Oak station and about 15 minutes from Kentish Town.

The flat has one bathroom, a separate kitchen and living room plus a nice garden. The bedroom itself is on the smaller side and probably not ideal if you need a full desk setup – so it would suit someone who works mostly from the office or is happy working from the living room.

You’d be living with two friends who are looking to replace our friend who’s moving out, so we’re ideally after someone who’s up for being social as well as just sharing a space. We enjoy going to the pub, watching films, and hanging out, but we also respect each other’s downtime.

We’re both clean and like to keep the flat looking nice. The location is great too – we’re right by Parliament Hill, so you’ve got easy access to the Heath :)

Bills come to around £100 per month (including council tax), and the property is in Council Tax Band D.
