Spare room in lovely Hampstead flat

A spacious double room with generous storage space in a flat right by Hampstead Heath. I (27F, journalist) live in the flat full time, while the owner is a filmmaker who lives between London, Paris and Lisbon so is not here all the time. Her partner sometimes stays too when she is here.

This is ideal for someone who works in the office and who wants a quiet, peaceful place to call home after work. Dinner parties and hosting etc always by mutual arrangement. No smoking or vaping in the flat.

This price includes bills. Looking for May/June move in ideally

One bathroom shared by flat. We have dishwasher etc - all the normal mod cons.

No couples please. We try to stick to the partner rule - ie your partner can stay as many nights a week as you also stay at theirs.
