Cosy room on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath

We are currently on the look out for a new housemate in our lovely flat situated right on the edge of Hampstead Heath. In summary, the flat itself has everything you need:
- Big communal lounge
- Brand new fitted kitchen
- Bathroom & shower room
- Plenty of storage space
- WiFi & large screen TV (with Sky)
- & even a balcony!

LOCATION: The location of the flat is fantastic. The best part is that it's a stones throw from the Heath, and from beautiful Hampstead. There's so much in Hampstead - theatre, cinema, loads of amazing restaurants, gyms, ice cream parlours, greasy spoons, pubs and bars...basically it's a great place to live.
Gospel Oak overground is very near, (5 mins walk) as is Belsize Park (Northern line / 10 min walk) and Hampstead Heath station (10 min walk), and the buses are brilliant and go literally right outside the flat.
The flat is also a 15 min walk, or 5 min bus ride from Camden which is lovely for weekends. In addition, Chalk Farm and Kentish town stations are a short walk away.

ROOM: The room contains a double bed with a huge wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's really quiet at night and has a very cosy feel.
There's so much storage in the house - huge cupboards in the hall, so you can store whatever you like in there.

HOUSEMATES: We are both super relaxed, up for being social and going to the pub or chilling out in the flat. We both work regular 9-5 hours so are often in the flat during weekday evenings. We are both more than up for a laugh and don't take anything too seriously and are looking for someone who has a similar outlook on life!

RENT: Each housemate pays £635 a month in rent each month, and then a differing amount of money towards bills depending on the size of the room. As this room is technically the smallest we have agreed that the tenant living in this room will pay slightly less in bills (you can expect it on average to be around £60-70 a month).
