Hi flat-seekers,

We're looking for one new flatmate to occupy the main bedroom in a newly-renovated penthouse flat on Great Portland Street. The location is perfect, with Soho and Regent Street as your backyard. It is a 5-min walk to Oxford Circus station and a 8-min walk to Great Portland Street station, making it super convenient to get around.

The flat is fully furnished - the main bedroom (which is the room available for rent) is converted from a living room and is enclosed in its own private space. This spacious room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, sofas and side table (perfect conditions for WFH!). The flat also has 2 other bedrooms along the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with all key appliances and a washing machine. There is also one shared bathroom which has a bath tub.

Just a bit about ourselves - one of us works in a gaming studio while the other works in finance. We enjoy watching Netflix, going on relaxing park walks (Regent's Park / Hyde Park are super close!) and trying out new food places.

Price: ~£850 pcm (some bills included)
