Large ensuite double room Greenwich. Friendly flat

Hi there!

We're currently looking for a flatmate to move into a very large en suite double bedroom in our 3-bed shared flat. It's a bright and modern split-level flat on the top floor of a new building, with great views across London from our balcony and kitchen/lounge area. The spacious layout is great for relaxing, cooking, and socialising.

You'd be sharing with Red and Silvia. Red works in central London as a political adviser and enjoys climbing. Silvia is a mental health professional with a large firm and loves to practise yoga in her spare time. We occasionally cook together or have a drink together in the evening or head out to the pub.

We’re both often busy with our own things and we'd ideally like a flat mate who would also enjoy that balance. We’re looking for someone mature, friendly, and values keeping the flat clean. Couples welcome.

The flat is in a quiet area between Greenwich and Lewisham (both zone 2). It's about a ten to fifteen minute walk to Greenwich town centre and all its pubs, restaurants and cafes, and fifteen minutes to Lewisham with big supermarkets and a shopping centre. We're also only ten minutes from Greenwich park and Blackheath fields. Very close to the DLR, and only a ten minute walk to Greenwich and Lewisham train station.
