Spacious, modern double in Greenwich town centre

Hi,

We are looking to rent out one of our spare rooms 😊
The room-
A large, bright and spacious double bedroom with bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The blinds are black out so that you can have a good night sleep. There are modern wood floors and underfloor heating in the bathrooms! There is a large chest of drawers as well as a bedside table. I can also provide bedding and towels if needed!
You will share a large modern bathroom with one person.

The flat-
A brand new duplex flat with a shared kitchen and living room. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also have a terrace just off of the kitchen for those sunny days. We have floor to ceiling windows in nearly all the rooms which makes the flat bright and airy!

The price will include bills (within reason!). We have a cleaner that comes every week, which is also included in the price.

There is a lift in the building as well as bike storage.

The area-
We live in the heart of Greenwich only 2 minutes walk from both the Cutty Sark DLR and the Cutty Sark ship itself! We are very close to the famous Greenwich market with many food stall options as well as Greenwich Park with amazing views of the city, all within 10 mins walk. There is a multitude of restaurants, bars and pubs right on our door-step. There is a huge Waitrose supermarket less than 1 min walk away and a small Tesco right underneath.

We are a 5 minute walk from Greenwich train station, that gives you quick access to hubs like London Bridge (8 mins) and Farringdon. On the DLR it takes 10 minutes to get to Canary Wharf and 18 to get to Bank.

Current tenants-
We are a young couple that both work in the city (Canary Wharf and Angel). We are looking for someone to come and stay that is friendly and tidy.
