I am presenting a very large room in Greenwich / Deptford in a friendly and cozy flat.
The room benefits from a private balcony, large windows, generous wardrobe, built in storage space and hard wood flooring throughout.
The flatmates are quiet and respectful and the same can be said about the neighbors.
There are green spaces ,baseball courts and the riverside within a 3 minute walk. Waitrose and Costa withing 9 minutes and plenty of restaurants and markets ( Greenwich and Deptford Markets).
The contract would start on the 6th of September but I would like to stay for an additional 2 week so I would pay for the entire month until the 6th of October. The new flatmate is free to move in around the 16th of September and can benefit from 3 weeks of free rent.
