Double Room on the Top Floor of a Large Townhouse - Opposite Greenwich Park!

The room is part of a huge four floor Georgian townhouse, which comes with:
- five toilets
- three bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower & 1 bath/shower)
- two joined living rooms forming a sizeable open plan living space
- a large and well equipped kitchen and dining room on the bottom floor
- a study (which we have converted into a gym)
- Under-stair and loft storage space
- a decent sized garden with artificial lawn (and table tennis table for the summer)

The house sits on a quiet residential road just opposite an entrance to Greenwich Park. We are very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a lovely local pub just a few doors along. There is also a very friendly husky named Kaya who lives with us most of the time, so our new tenant must be OK with dogs.

We are very close to a number of stations, with Overground, DLR and Tube all nearby - Maze Hill (4 mins walk) Greenwich (10 mins walk) North Greenwich (10 min bus).

Overall there is a friendly and social dynamic in the house, which we'd like to keep going with our new tenant. However the available room sits on the top floor, facing the garden and with a bathroom shared with just one other; perfect and quiet for working from home (as many of us do), and spending time privately.
