Singel room in charismatic houseshare in Greenwich

Single Room

I sadly have to leave beautiful Greenwich and offer therefore my singel room in our cozy houseshare.

The house has three levels. There is a big kitchen with living room and terrace in the base level. The first floor offers a big hall and two rooms (one of them is also the one offered). Due to the reason, that the singel room is the smallest in the house, there is at the moment a desk palced close to the window in the hall with a beautiful view into the green. That sounds a bit special, but our hall used to be a second living room, when the house was occupied by families. Since that changed, the space was just used as wardrobe but now it is a lovely additional space to the single room (to imagine it it's probably the best to come around and have a look at it :).
On the second floor is the bathroom and two further double rooms.

The house is located a stones throw away from the next busstop with a link to North Greenwich, Greenwich Station (by feet 10 Minutes), Canary Wharf, Cutty Sark (by feet 10 Minutes), etc. By feet you will be in 5 minutes at Maze Hill station where the trains take 11 Minutes to London Bridge.
The Thames Path is also under 5 minutes away and invites for beautiful walks either to North Greenwich or to the big boat called Cutty Sark and the Greenwich city centre with its' fantastic foodmarket.
For naturelovers, there is the Greenwich park just around the corner. This park offers a marvelous view above the city and also hosts the oldest deer shelter of London.

The flatmates are all really friendly and take care of a good atmosphere and our cleaning roata in the house. There is Luz (peruvian), Maria (spanish) and Pablo (peruvian/german). It happens from time to time, that we hang out together in the living room. But mostly our daily lives don't cross so much as everyone has quite diffrent and very busy schedules.

P. s. You would take over the current lease, which is until the 15th March. After that there will be the option to stay longer, but with a new contract with the agency.
