The family bathroom will be shared between the 2 bedrooms only (e. g. sharing with only 1 person) as it is a 3 bed 2 bath property and I am using the en-suite.

As per the photographs, we have gorgeous new furniture throughout, and the kitchen / lounge and massive balcony are communal spaces to be enjoyed by all of us. The newest perks for the flat include a brand new Samsung washer & dryer, a Samsung Fridge freezer with a water filter and ice maker, a 49'' Smart Samsung TV paired with a SONY home theater system, and a NEST smart thermostat.

We are currently 2 young professionals - I work in Sales and Alexey works in logistics. We are both pretty sociable however mind our own business as we work long hours and are rarely in the way. The ideal tenant will be professional or a respectful student, ideally non smoker, respectful to everyone's privacy and enjoy the occasional chat and a glass of fine wine.
