A lovely double bedroom in a spacious modern house has just become available! The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a huge wardrobe and bedside tables.

The house has a large and bright kitchen space fully fitted with appliances and plenty of storage, a fair sized living room, a beautiful new bathroom and a garden! It’s a great airy space with lots of character and the perfect place for anyone looking to have a relaxing place to stay.

The house is situated on a quiet side street 1 min walk from Elverson Road station (DLR) and about a 7 min walk from Lewisham (DLR/National Rail) and St John's (National Rail) stations. There is a huge Tesco 5 min away, an Asda 3min away and Lewisham shopping center is just about a 10 min walk away too!

There are many local parks in the area with Greenwich park and Blackheath being just less than a 15 min walk away!

You will only be sharing the house with me, a 27 year old professional working in tech/finance in Central London, who enjoys good food and even more good coffee :) I am looking for someone like minded who will see the house as a place to chill out and relax and help me maintain the good state that it is in right now!
