For rent, a double bedroom on the second floor of a Victorian terraced house in East Greenwich. The bedroom has sole use of a bath/shower room next door. There is one other bedroom on the same floor which is normally used as a home office.
We are a family of four (mid thirties, with two children, 2 and 5 years old), who work from home (with semi-regular days in the office) in professional jobs. We are seeking a lodger for Monday to Friday, but can be flexible occasionally to allow occasional stays on Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights.
The location has excellent transport links. It's a few minutes walk to Westcombe Park railway station, with direct trains to London Bridge (14 minutes) and Cannon Street (20 minutes), and a few minutes walk to bus stops with connections to North Greenwich (Jubilee line) and central Greenwich, both 10 minutes away.
There are excellent pubs and parks nearby and the area is very quiet in the evenings.
