Hi - I'm looking to rent two separate rooms at my flat in Greenwich. The current tenants are moving out at the end of March so they are both available from 1 April.

They are both double bedrooms, very good sizes with plenty of room for a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk (or whatever else takes your fancy).

I would be happy to rent out the whole flat to a couple or two mates. Equally happy to rent the rooms to two separate individuals.

The flat is fully furnished and modern, with a new kitchen which was fitted a year ago.

The flat has a balcony overlooking the Thames and Canary Wharf.

The underfloor heating is nice on the feet too.

12 min to Cutty Sark DLR
20 min walk to North Greenwich underground - or a quick bus if you’re not feeling it.
Also many bus routes a few minutes walk away.

I would prefer a minimum term of 6 months however happy to accept short term lets whilst a more permanent tenant is found. The price displayed will be adjusted accordingly.
