Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate for this lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Greenwich.

This double room comes furnished and is very bright. There is a double bed with a storage under it, wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers.

The price is £850 without bills (around £150.) No Deposit required and it is available from 1st of March(but flexible).

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom (which you will be sharing) a living room and and a kitchen. It is located in a quite street but also close to the main road. Deptford bridge DLR station is only 5 minutes walking, there is a bus stop literally 1 minute walking (53 to elephant and castle) and Greenwich railway station 7 minutes walking (train to London Bridge). Greenwich market, cutty sark and Greenwich park all very closed. There are also a coop and a Tesco express just down the street.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Daniela, a professional in her 30s, Italian, who’s been living here for five years.

I am looking for an easy going person who doesn’t mind share a small space such as this apartment.
