One double room for rent in a modern 3-bedroom flat near Greenwich DLR station.

We have a flatmate moving out and are looking for someone to fill an double room in our flatshare. You will be sharing a big bathroom with one of the current flatmates. The flat is conveniently located just steps away from the Greenwich DLR station with great transport links to The City and London Bridge. It is also a 10-minute walk from Greenwich Town Center, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also two Pure Gyms in the area, one on the ground floor of the building and another large gym just around the corner. There is a large Waitrose and Sainsburys nearby for your grocery shopping convenience.

The room is fully furnished and equipped with:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table
- A large windows
- Sharing big bathroom with only one female.

- Well-equipped kitchen
- Hallway and utility cupboard

The building offers a 24-hour concierge service that handles deliveries for residents.

Rent details:
- £2500 per month for the whole property
- Room 1 (taken already)
- Room 2 (taken already)
- Room 3 is £773 (available)
- Bills are NOT included in the rent
- Council tax is band D (around £200 a month but split between 3 of us)
- Deposit for the room is around £600 (but TBC by the landlord)
- Bills come to around an extra £150 a month

The tenancy agreement signed will last till March, since the current flatmate is terminating the contract early you will be replacing them till the contract ends end in March. It will then be for discussion about renewal at that time.

Reference checks will be mandatory by the landlord.

Move in date is the 1st of July with the potential of moving in earlier. Please let us know if you would like to move earlier. .
Preferred tenants:
