Our lovely housemate Holly is moving and we’re looking for someone to replace her in our beautiful shared home in Westcombe Park.

We’re a friendly and respectful household looking for someone like-minded. We occasionally throw dinner parties and have friends over, but we also enjoy our peace and quiet!

About Us

Christine is 29 and works in events. Interests include music, theatre, cooking and dancing!

Paula is 26 year old and Spanish and works in Publishing. She loves books, music, films, plants and going out with friends, especially if it includes a cute stroll to Greenwich park (super close to the house!)

About the House

The house has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room/dining room, a shared bathroom with a bath tub and a large kitchen. There is plenty of storage space and a lovely garden. Please note that the house is fully furnished although the room comes unfurnished. Our housemate Holly is looking to sell some of her furniture ahead of moving out so if you’re interested she can provide some pictures and prices. We have responsive and friendly landlords who are always helpful when we need.

Locations perks:

3 minute walk to Westcombe Park Train station
Bus stop at our doorstep
Short bus ride to North Greenwich station
Really short walk to lovely shops, parks and cafes

Pets are considered, subject to discussion with current tenants, especially regarding allergies.

Rent is £625 per month, not including bills, which usually round up to £150 per month, including WiFi. Unfortunately, we’re not accepting couples. Smoking is not allowed inside as we want to keep the house smelling fresh and nice 🙂
