Modern 1 bed 6 week sublet in Greenwich

Hey!

I own a lovely modern 1 bed in Greenwich, on the river Thames, which I am subletting while I work abroad.

It's spacious, got a balcony overlooking communal gardens and a high-spec finish with a wine fridge, seperate bath and walk in shower, underfloor heating and induction hob etc:) there's also a gym on site which is free for residents!

I'm looking for one or two people who are happy to look after the place while I'm away from the beginning of May to mid-June. I can be flexible-ish on dates!

It's a great location, 12 min walk along the river in one direction to Greenwich Cutty Sark and all the cosy pubs, and 25 min walk in the other direction to North Greenwich Station and the o2! It's on the DLR, Jubilee line and overground.

There's free parking for 5 days a month on the estate, and on road parking a 5 min walk away.

Bills will stay in my name for ease, and are approximately £200-£400 pcm (I will obtain an exact amount shortly based on my current usage).
