3 Months Let £500 Single Room In Greenwich

Hi! I’m sadly moving out after 5 years here and we need someone to take over this room in our lovely flat!
It’s a single room in the centre of Greenwich, 10min walk from Greenwich Park, 5min walk from Westcombe Park station which provides great links to central London (15min to London Bridge)
Short bus ride to North Greenwich station (15min) for the Jubilee Line!

You’d be living with Marta and Bárbara
Marta is from Portugal and works in Music,
Bárbara is from Spain and work in travel!
We’re a creative flat, very laid back and chill and we would want someone who would fit in well with the vibe!

The flat is a 3 bedroom flat over 2 floors.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared
There are 2 toilets (one in the bathroom upstairs and one downstairs)

Our kitchen is also overlooking London’s skyline and Canary Wharf!

-It’s a 3 months contract starting from 1.06.2024 to 31.08.2024
- Rent is £500 to be paid on the 1st of each month to our landlords
- Bills are not included and are around £70 per month
- Our landlords require a deposit of £540 + 1 month rent before moving in
