Lovely bright room available - Greenwich SE8

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in this lovely bright flat.

The apartment is in a very good location 10min away from Greenwich Park/ market, loads of restaurants and shops in the area and it’s only a 8min walk to Deptford station or Cutty Sark. There are also buses so you have easy access to Canada Water for jubilee/overground.

There are loads of shops including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s local, Tesco express that are just around the corner and Aldi, Lidl, and Tesco Superstore are only a 15min bus away.
The apartment is modern and includes a 24h concierge with bike storage.

About the room:

It comes part-furnished you would need to get a double/single bed, although our current flatmate might be selling his single bed. It’s very bright thanks to the big window and has a great view.

You would have your own personal bathroom as the other room has an ensuite.

Bills come to around £90-100/pm and include council tax/water/electricity/wifi.

You’ll be living with a couple and we are in our late 20s, and enjoy hanging out in the living room for a chat, playing games as a flat but also enjoy time to ourselves. We are tidy and like to keep the flat clean. Ideally we would be looking for a professional who doesn’t work from home but we are very happy to be flexible with this!
