We’re looking for somebody to take over our room in this beautiful flat in Greenwich which we have called home for the last 4 years, as we’re starting our new chapter outside of London.

About the Room:

A spacious double bedroom with a large double wardrobe, great storage, and your own en-suite bathroom — so full privacy and independence guaranteed! The flat is modern, bright, and genuinely a very comfortable place to come home to.

About the Flat:

You’ll be sharing with Yun; 24, Korean and an absolute delight of a lady, who lives and breathes the arts (as you’d expect from someone who graduated from Goldsmiths Fine Arts!). She’s quiet, respectful, friendly, and simply a wonderful flatmate to live with.

Shared spaces include a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or catching up after a long day.

A Few Practical Bits:
As required by the letting agency, the new tenant must:

1. Have the legal right to rent in the UK (UK passport or valid share code)
2. Be happy to undergo standard reference and financial checks
3. Bills are separate (typically split 60/40 with the other tenant)
