The room is big and gets the most light as it’s on the top floor.
Very quiet and safe neighbourhood (we even have a group chat with the neighbours)!!
The room comes with your own private bathroom, king sized bed, desk and storage area.

The room also have Juliette balcony facing the garden and a gorgeous view.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen, living room, garden, and patio with three other professionals in their late 20s.
We are a queer-friendly household who are super clean and respectful.

The house is 5 minutes walk away to Westcombe Park station, which gets you to London Bridge within 15 minutes.
25 minutes walk to North Greenwich station or using the free bus that takes you in 10 minutes.
20 minutes walking distance to the Greenwich park.

It’s a family-friendly area, so I never felt safer walking at night alone either.

Bills not included, but it comes to around £150 per person, including council tax (cheaper in summer).

Room is available from mid-March, around 10-12th onwards.
Please note that this room requires a minimum of 5 months' stay until August, and will be a rolling contract with the renewal in August.
