About me:

I currently live by myself. I have owned the flat for almost a year and a half and I pay a mortgage. I am a clean and tidy person who takes care in keeping the flat looking nice and in good condition. My job allows hybrid working so I work some days in the office and some days at home.

During the week I often go to the gym in the evenings. This means I often cook dinner quite late. I spend a lot of my Saturdays going to football matches with friends as I have a season ticket for my local team. I also like going to the pub on the weekend and socialising. I occasionally go to gigs. In the summer, I enjoy spending time in Greenwich Park and going for drinks along by the river.

I spend quite a lot of time with family who live nearby. I also enjoy time to myself in the flat just chilling out. When I stay in, I like watching TV, films and sport (mainly football). I occasionally have friends/family come around on a weekend, but it is not a party flat and it is normally a quiet place to live and relax.

About you:

I am looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy flatmate who respects the flat. I am happy if you have a job where you would work from home some days. I also need a flatmate who is reliable in paying their rent (as this helps me pay the bills).

Ideally I am looking for a flatmate who shares some common interests. It would be nice if we could socialise sometimes (inside or outside the flat). However, I am also happy to live with someone who mostly likes spending their free time by themselves or elsewhere.

I own a parking space that comes with the flat. However, I don't own a car. It would be perfect if you own a car as parking in Greenwich is very expensive and often very hard to find.
