Lovely sunny large double room available in my large Victorian family home. (Council Tax Band F).

One of the rooms in my home is available for rent, minimum 3 months let, though I'm happy for longer if it suits you. The last lodger stayed for 7 years!

The house is ideally located for easy access to Canary Wharf (via a short bus ride to North Greenwich tube or Greenwich DLR) or a 4 minute walk to Maze Hill mainline station for trains to London Bridge or Cannon Street. It only takes 11 minutes to get to London Bridge from Maze Hill Station, and the Thameslink Service makes travelling elsewhere in London very easy.

We are close to local shops on Trafalgar Road, and Greenwich Park is an 8 minute walk away, as is the local leisure centre which has a super swimming pool and gym. Blackheath village is 15 minute walk across the common.

Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, drier, dishwasher etc. The tenant is welcome to cook light meals using all the available equipment.

The available room is on the lower ground floor, with kitchen and dining space (opening on to garden) on lower ground floor all available for sharing. There is a small conservatory that the tenant is welcome to use.

There is not an ensuite, but the tenant has exclusive use of the newly refurbished shower room on lower ground floor. This is immediately adjacent to the tenants room.

I'm a live-in landlord, I work from home so am around most of the time.

It's a happy place and a good location in which to live. However, I'm quite busy in my own world so if you are looking for a 'laugh-a-minute' social house then this is not for you....my lodgers are usually busy business people who stay Monday to Friday only, but you are welcome to stay weekends as well if you wish.

Rent includes all bills including unlimited broadband.
