We have got a pretty house in greenwich (same distance between North Greenwich and Cutty Sark station). We are a couple in one room and have two extra rooms in the house for rent. The house is divided into 3 floors so there is plenty of space to be comfortable. We are clean and tidy as well as easy going but respectful of privacy. We have a new huge fridge/freezer and a new dishwasher (not in the picture, sorry!) as well as a washing machine.
The house is pretty nice, 450 a month (without bills), you are welcomed to check it out.
