On the first floor is another female, 30, events organiser.

On the ground floor, we all share an open plan living room and kitchen, a conservatory/dining room and small garden. Modern appliances. Gas cooker. Gas central heating.

The current tenants are three sisters. We're all fairly creative, into music and like cooking and eating together occasionally, plus the odd movie night.

We'd like to find someone who would like to socialise occasionally and be part of the household, another female working professional who is tidy and not too loud during the week.
