**we're getting a lot of messages – don't forget to say what you do and what you like in yr message - thx**
Your Bedroom:
Spacious comfortable room (14. 4 m2) with a high ceiling, overlooking the garden. Massive window on the front aspect, skylight and light-trap on the rear. High ceilings, carpets, plentiful sockets.
**the room is partly furnished – there's a big wardrobe, bedside locker & chair**
Your Private Bathroom:
Adjacent to your bedroom, this space is beautifully finished with stylish elements. The luxurious shower has room for two, with multiple heads and settings. A heated towel rack and cherry blossom view complete the space.
Us:
We’re a couple. Dan is Irish, Megan is from the West coast of America (the best coast). We both work in advertising / creative industry. We’re both artists (analogue photography & writing). We have a cat, her name is George. We are very liberal (if you’re not don’t bother messaging). We’re very eco-friendly, we buy green energy and compost our kitchen waste, if it gets cold we put on a jumper (dw the house has underfloor heating for when it gets really cold) We used to drink but don’t really anymore, more into CBD these days. We like cooking, vegetarian mostly, but not exclusively, hashtag flexitarian. We have a TV, but rarely watch it, we prefer having ambient or psychedelic music on in the shared space. We work a lot. When we get home, we like a very chill vibe in the house. If all that sounds appealing do please get in touch… we’ll consider short lets if you’re interesting : )
Shared Space:
The living space opens out onto an enclosed lawn through double glass doors, ideal for barbecues.
The sitting room and kitchen are open plan, with all the mod-cons, including an eco-friendly dishwasher and washing machine.
Flat screen TV + Floor standing speakers.
Private courtyard, with off-street parking.
The house is part of the restoration of a Victorian Police Station - designed by AAVA architects
The Area:
We've been living in East Greenwich for 6 years so know South East London pretty well, tho it still reveals wonders every week. Apart from the obvious attractions of Greenwich Park and Blackheath, there are other smaller parks nearby, hidden gems.
The Thames is a ten minute walk away. Trafalgar Road has a huge selection of restaurants and fast food. Zaibatsu Sushi, Sefa Turkish and Royal Nepalese a few highlights.
IKEA, Sainsburys and a Boots superstore are all walking distance. There are 3 cinemas less than a mile from here, Odeon, Greenwich Picturehouse and Cineworld.
The surrounding streets, especially on Westcombe Hill are leafy and beautiful, perfect for peaceful summer strolling.
We are minutes from Greenwich Park, Blackheath and Greenwich Peninsula - with brilliant transportation links.
