En-Suite Room in Beautiful Greenwich Apartment

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to take the master bedroom and en-suite in a gorgeous 7th floor flat in Greenwich. It's a large double bedroom with a king size bed, built in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers and an excellent sized en-suite with toilet, sink and large shower.

There is also a shared living room with floor to ceiling windows, leading onto a large balcony overlooking the city (which gets so much sun and many stunning sunsets!), an ultra modern kitchen with all the mod-cons and excellent storage, another large bathroom with bath/shower.

The building itself has a large communal roof terrace and a roof garden, and is conveniently located on top of a Pure Gym. There is also an on-site 24 hour concierge who can receive any deliveries, a coffee shop, a nursery, and a Vietnamese and a Korean restaurant just outside.

The flat is in Greenwich, a 1 minute walk from Greenwich station (Zone 2), where there are excellent connections via DLR and Southeastern and Thameslink trains. The nearest bus stop is also a 2 minute walk away. A large Waitrose, a Sainsbury's Local, a Tesco Express, a small Asda supermarket and Deptford Market are all within a 7 minute walk.

Beautiful Greenwich Park is a 10 minute walk away, as are the restaurants, shops, cafes and cinemas of central Greenwich, and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Thames. Canary Wharf is 10 minutes away on the DLR, London Bridge is 8 minutes away on the train, and the City of London is 10 minutes away on the train. The location is perfect!

As for me, I've been living in London for 6 years and work as a children's doctor in Central London. My lovely flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so looking for someone to take over his contract.

Bills:
- The bills usually come to 100-130 each per month.
- Energy bills, council tax and internet come out every month, TV licence every 3 months, and water only comes out every 4 months which is therefore usually an extra 100ish each, making that one month a bit more expensive.
