We are a family
looking to rent our spare room and looking for a lodger. It is situated at the back of house so very quiet. There is an upstairs toilet and downstairs bathroom. Smokers are welcome but we do not permit smoking in house, outside only. We are very down to earth, easy going people and love meeting new people. We are happy to consider a full time lodger (7 day a week) but will be more money House is 10 minutes walking from Grove Park or there are 2 buses to the station 1 minute walking distance from the house. It is 15 minutes to London Bridge and 20 minutes to Charing Cross.
