I am leaving my homely double room in a two bed, two storey maisonette as I am taking the plunge and moving in with my girlfriend.
You will be living with Jem, the West London Art teacher who owns more vinyl records than I've had hot dinners. She will be found on the sofa drinking a diet coke, watching the latest TV series (currently Stranger Things) and/or making a curry from scratch. We have lived together for two years and it will be a sad day when I move out.
The flat is fully furnished, however if you have all your own room furnishings I'm happy to take mine away with me. There is ample space in the living room for a desk if working from home is preferred.
Rent is £725 and roughly £850 with all bills added on a month. There is quiet roadside parking outside the front door and a resident permit can easily be purchased (as I have done).
