Large ground floor double room with new ensuite bathroom in a four-bedroom house. We're at the top end of a residential road in leafy Chiswick, west London, with good transport connections both into London and out of town.
The space
The room has a large bay window, wardrobe, and double bed. A sliding door opens into a brand new ensuite bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. There's a big work desk and an armchair.
Transport links are Turnham Green tube, about 12 minutes walk. Chiswick railway station, six minutes walk at the end of our road. Chiswick High Road is ten minutes' walk.
The household comprises Andrew, a writer, and Susanne, a translator. The room is already tenanted at weekends, so we are looking for someone who wants a couple or three nights a week. For which the price will be £70/night.
