The house is in a quiet road and is less than 10 minutes walk to Grove Park Station (South Eastern Rail) for easy access to London with New Cross (Goldsmiths College) 15 minutes away and London Bridge and Cannon Street only 20 minutes by train.
The green chain walk is very close to the house and there is easy access to outdoor space for walking and cycling.
