I am a semi-retired parent of a 9yo boy who stays with me half the time. The other half I take him to his mother in Acton. The room used to be the living room so it is the largest room in the flat, currently containing two single beds, Wifi and TV aerial socket. Plenty of room to exist independently but also the open plan kitchen/living room will be available, especially if you can agree what to watch on TV with my son!!
I am a 1 minute walk to the river and a very popular riverside Pub, The Bell and Crown.
6 minutes walk to Kew Bridge Station and various Bus routes, and 10 minutes walk to Gunnersbury Tube on the District Line.
I would be happier if you did not work from home more than 1 day per week.
