Peaceful Double Room to let opposite Acton Town Tube. The comfortable room is available for one individual only. Cozy layout with soft, ambient lighting (limited direct sunlight). The room comprises of double bed, fitted wardrobe, washbasin, desk & chair, double glazing and gas central heating. You will be sharing with seven other tenants, house is very big, hence one tenant per room. Two bathrooms one on each landing, large kitchen dining area and garden cared for by Landlord. Gas & Electric, Water & TV Licence are divided between tenants every three months. Bills average £150 per qtr in winter and £80 in summer. Average age of household is mid-forties, would suit a similar individual. As the house is very quiet and clean, we will need to find a suitable quiet tenant. Acton Town tube is a minutes’ walk with District & Piccadilly line trains. Close to Ealing, Chiswick and Acton and local amenities are within a five-minute journey including Laundrette/Dry Cleaning as there is no washing machine in the house. A month deposit is required, and rent is to be paid monthly in advance. References and proof of ID will be required.
