Huge, bright room in lovely flat in Gunnersbury

Living Room

We have a huge, bright double room in a shared flat 2 minutes walk from Gunnersbury tube. The room is furnished with a double bed, cupboard and chest of drawers with plenty of room for extra bits. The flat is over the top floor of a big house, sharing with two females. There is a large, sunny shared garden and there is free parking on the driveway. Bills are approximately £130 per month. The flat is council tax band E.

We'd like someone friendly, very tidy and respectful, who will treat the flat as a home. Everyone is pretty busy/tired during the week and we tend to hang out in our individual bedrooms watching Netflix but it would be nice to be able to sit in the living room watching rubbish TV over a bottle of wine sometimes!! Definitely a quieter flat for chilling out in and not for bringing your friends back to.

10 minute walk to leafy Chiswick High Road with all it’s shops and pubs and there is a bus stop just outside the flat. Local Co-Op is a stones throw away for milk, bread and essentials. Also just 2mins to the M4 for a quick escape out of London when it gets too much!

We’ve been told the photos don’t do the flat justice and it’s much cosier in real life!
