We are moving our of our ensuite double room in a fab new build on the 21st of February 2020.
We are moving into a 1-bed apartment, so need someone or another couple to take over the lease.
The lease expires on the 15th June 2020, but you then have the option to keep on, as the landlord is looking for long term tenants.
We will take our bed and chest of drawers, but the bedroom has a large wardrobe and floor to ceiling double-glazed windows that let in lots of light.
Our apartment is located within North Mill Apartments, 2-minute walk from Haggerston Station and Regents Canal, and a 15-minute walk into Shoreditch. You can wander up the canal into Angel, with fab pubs and cafes right on the water's edge. Kingsland Rd is full of amazing restaurants and bars, perfect for exploring.
