Double in a quirky flat. Great Hackney location

I’m looking for a new flatmate for a quirky flat in Hackney Central. The room is good sized double at the back of the house, so a lot quieter than the other room facing the street. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, but I think the property manager Stephen could also take away the furniture if you wanted. There is one shared bathroom. The house has an unusual layout with a spacious open kitchen and sitting area downstairs.

The room is in zone 2 and a 6-7 minute walk to Hackney Central or Hackney Downs overground. There is a great bus service 3 minutes walk from the house. I really love the area there are lots of good pubs, restaurants and parks nearby. London fields, Dalston and Broadway market are all about a 15 minute walk away. It is close to the cinema and lots of gyms aswell.

You will be living with a 28 year old Irish girl. I have moved over to study/work in psychology. I like going out for dinner and drinks, travelling, yoga and the gym. I am friendly and outgoing. Usually I am pretty busy during the week and respectful of other people’s space. The room is only coming available as Lauren is moving to OZ. We enjoyed hanging out together watching bake off/ first dates, sharing a meal or a bottle of wine and being able to chill out at home.

Id love for someone to move who is looking for a relaxed and easy going flatshare and who likes to keep their space clean and tidy.

The rent doesn’t include bills, they come to about 80 a month. I think the deposit is one months rent. The agency also have to do the usual reference checks.

The room is available at the end of October.
