Move In Date
We are very flexible with move in date. The flat is available from the 4th of July but we are happy if you’d like to move in a little later.

Flatmates
You will be sharing this flat with a lovely American couple from California, San Francisco. They are very nice and cool. They'd like to get to know you via Skype/Zoom/Google before welcoming you in the flat.
Expenses
There are an additional ~£80 expenses per month per room. This means that if you are a couple it is ~£40 more each.
