Double in Spacious 2 Bed house - couples welcome!

*Sharing a two-story house with only one other sociable but respectful couple. All bills included.*

Having lived in flatshares in the past, we feel this great house is much more of a home than most normal sharing arrangements.

We have a room available from 15 May in our beautiful house in Lower Clapton.

The room is a bright fully furnished double with a big window, plantation shutters and garden views. It has a large wardrobe and an additional built-in cupboard space. Although the picture doesn't show a desk, we previously lived in the room and had one in there.

We are aware that most people will be working from home at the moment and that's not a problem! Although only one of us is currently working from home, in the past all 4 housemates have had too and there was plenty of space to accommodate this!

The open plan kitchen/lounge comes with loads of bench space and a big five hob gas stove.

The local area is calm and friendly with plenty of bars and cafes just on our doorstop on Chatsworth Road, which has a local market every Sunday.

We're also in walking distance of Millfields Park, the beautiful Walthamstow and Hackney Marshes and the River Lea (all great places for a run). In 10 mins you can get to Homerton Overground Station which gives great links to the rest of London.

We are Fanni (31) and Ross (35), a friendly couple both working in schools. Fanni works within a reception class and Ross is a Primary teacher. As well as being into all that Hackney has to offer, we love food (we've both worked for food charities in the past) and generally getting outdoors (which was why we wanted to move so close to Walthamstow Marshes and the River Lea!). We are looking for an easy-going and respectful housemate(s) who will help us make this home a warm and friendly space.
