Super sad to be moving from this place but well... you all know the deal by now.
To start off with It's an absolutely huge flat, with amazing original floorboards, exposed brick, lots of light, plants and homey vibes. It has a fully functional kitchen and bathroom.
This is also a super convenient place to live with Hackney Downs on your doorstep, Hackney Central is only a five minute walk and Tesco is just below. If you like green spaces Hackney downs park and London fields/Broadway market are both 10 minute walk away !

You'll be sharing with one other person who is an awesome guy, mid thirties and from New Zealand. Hes really easy going, plays guitar, loves to read and have great chats over a beer. He works in events and live music so a bonus if you have a varied music taste and like gigs. He also has a little pomeranian that he co-parents with me, shes really sweet, housetrained/quiet and loves everyone.

The room is super bright and airy, with gorgeous exposed brick and theres lots of hooks to hang things, you basically have a lot of artist license with the room so you can really make it your own! The bed, the desk, the rail are included and some of the plants are if you would like to buy them off me for a small price :)

The building has two other flats on the same floor as you and then towards the back is all studios for creatives. (Also has a communal patio area). It's a really arty relaxed community here and everyone (especially our neighbours) is super lovely !

Now for the details, the price is £1000pcm plus expenses the contract is rolling so you can stay for as little or as long as you like just make sure you can find someone to fill the room.
