We are looking for a new roomate in our chill house in Hackney.

The Room:
670£/month bills excluded. They're about 85£/month
630£ deposit
Long term only considered - looking for someone to make this house their home!
It's the largest room of the house: 13.6m2
Has a window which look upon our garden and the small inside park court of the surrounding residential blocks (it is quite on that side of the house).
It comes with a double bed (but can dispose and bring your own if you wanted), and a wall shelf

The House:
It has a big shared living room and garden which we both use for diner (sometimes inviting friends) and chilling in general. Smoking okay in garden and your own room. There is a toilet downstairs and one in the bathroom upstair as well. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all functional eventhough quite old - the house is in the process to get a couple of refurbishment work (ie: kitchen/bathroom lino ... we can live in as this happens). Additionally, we are re-doing a bit the decoration of the shared space and would love anyone to involve themselves in the project of making the house more like a cosy home. Which also means that you can do whatever you want with the room, in terms of repainting /decorating etc.

Who you will be living with:

Meet Natalie: Video grapher. Loves electro/experimental music, obsessed with plants, vegetarian. Works from home since COVID

Meet Chloe: Tiny human full of energy. Works in green engineering, from home since COVID. Extinction Rebellion activist. Avid music listener, occasional musician. Vegetarian. Queer.

Meet Will: Chill restaurant manager. Occasional Vegan lols

We are all veggie/vegan, so would enjoy our new roomate to be only an occasional meat eater or veggie/vegan
