Double room in shared house in Stoke Newington

Lovely Double room on the top floor of a 4 bed house in Stoke Newington. House is furnished, and you will be provided with a double bed, mattress, desk and shelves.

The house is shared with a mix of students at Goldsmiths, Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion, and one young professional who is a journalist.

We have a large living and dining area, with a separate modern kitchen. We also have 2 bathrooms, one on the top floor (where your room would be), which would be shared with one other housemate. There is a back garden, and a front garden with a drive- unusual for London!

The house is in a great location, a few minutes walk to Hackney Downs Park in one direction, and Stoke Newington High Street in the other. Transport to Liverpool street from Rectory Road (3 min walk) takes 10 minutes, and only 5 minutes to seven sisters tube station (Victoria line).

There is also some extra storage in the form of a small cupboard on the same floor as the bedroom.

I am looking to move out during the next few weeks and can be flexible with dates. The contract would be put into your name, so this isn't a sublet.
