[Flexible move-in date!] 2 rooms are becoming available in our lovely 2 floor flat with private garden (can be rented individually or by 2 friends!). Two of us (Katie and Abi) have changed jobs recently and are moving out of London. Bruno (who’s been here for 3 years) will be staying.

The flat has 3 bedrooms in total and it’s been a shared home for several years now - we all have our own lives but enjoy a BBQ / dinner / movie night together too. Bruno’s looking for flatmates who are laid-back, respectful and friendly!

The flat is 2 floors of a converted house with a lovely leafy garden. It’s in a great location on a quiet street, 5 minutes from Victoria Park, 6-7 mins from Homerton station and 2 minutes to Well street shops/restaurants/cafes including Tesco, a great fruit & veg shop, Well Street Pizza and the Grand Howl cafe. There’s a good sized kitchen and big living/dining room, so plenty of space if you’re working from home. We also have fast fibre internet and residents’ parking permits are available. We currently have a cat (who is leaving with Katie) but the landlord is open to tenants having pets.

Ideal move in date for both rooms is end October, but we can be flexible. The current lease is until end February 2021 but can easily be extended - we deal directly with the landlord so no fees and lots of flexibility. Rent for either room is £790+bills (~£90). Flat is non-smoking inside but fine in the garden.

The flat is technically rented unfurnished but has plenty of shared furniture that will be staying (all sofas, dining table, bookcase etc) so you wouldn’t need to bring anything unless you wanted to.

Room 1 is on the upper ground floor (same as kitchen and living room) overlooking the back garden. It currently has a double bed + mattress, wardrobe with mirrored door, 2 x small chest of drawers, desk, and bookcase.

Room 2 is on the lower ground floor (same as bathroom and bedroom 3), looking out onto our back patio. This room comes with a bed + mattress and wardrobe..

The main bathroom is shared between just these 2 rooms (Bruno’s is ensuite) and has a combined shower and bath.

We are doing viewings as soon as possible and happy to start with a virtual/video viewing if you prefer.
