Amazing new build warehouse style flat

This is for a double room in a 3 bedroom apartment in london fields, you will be living with 2 girls Nola and Noora, Nola works in HR and is from germany, and Noora also works in HR for facebook and is from finland, both are very cool and into fitness and love going to the Pub when they are open.

I am only moving due to being furloughed otherwise i would not give up such a cool place and good housemates. The flat has Massive full height sliding windows south facing so very sunny lounge, kicthen dining space.

The area is in my opinion the best place to live in London, its safe with great pubs and restaurants and coffee houses on Broadway market which is at the end of the road and left.

London fields park is also across the road from the apartment and great for morning runs, yoga classes or tennis and hanging out with friends during covid season.

The flat is underfloor heating and as its a new build there are no issues with water pressure or heating.

Will consider short lets / sublets also. More pics to come, room is available ASAP.

There is a break clause in the contract in May when the rent is due to in crease to £1025.00, at this point it is likely if the reduction isnt extended the flat mates will seek a new place in the same area.
